Is it any worth talking about a category as broad as “men” ? Even if you limit it to “men in the US” or even further, to “men born in the US”

It’s reductionist to the point where it becomes useless, or even worse, dangerous.

Parents should teach their kids not to adopt reductionist views about complex systems that they are part of… that’d improve loads of things.
