Well, you can actually ask apple itself (at least if you live in Europe) to send you some of said data:

But, it’s obviously “normal” for OSes to collect data nowadays, so that was more of a jab at apple for comedic purposes, it’s by no way worse than Windows, Android or any other popular PC OS. The only OSes that don’t spy on you nowadays (and don’t come pre-packaged with apps that do so) are a bunch of linux distros, which are targeted only at computer enthusiasts.
