Whilst I empathize with your situation, I must say, there’s something oddly satisfying about a middle class socialist (yourself) being hurt by those oh-so-revered laws meant to “punish the rich”.

Is the irony of it enough to make you consider why other forms of government over-regulation “meant to help the less fortunate” are harmful ? Obviously not, but, it’s satisfying nonetheless.
