You seem to fall into a fallacy by assuming that data about a person is equivalent to the property or body of that person, it’s not.
A person’s data is his to give, but not his to take back. At least within our general framework of understanding the self and the concept of property.
When you meet a person they have the option of giving you his name. They then has the possibility of changing his name and not giving that new name to you. They doesn’t have the possibility of making you forget their name.
You could make an argument that certain data is part of someone’s property, but you fail to do so. You’ve made the equivalence between individual data and personal property (a car) or an individual’s body (sex).
